First Friday Fundraising Clinics are run in partnership with International Fundraising Consultancy (IFC). The IFC set up First Friday Fundraising sessions to create a free space for non-profit organisations to gain knowledge and advice on a range of fundraising topics. This month's workshop will focus on fundraising strategy.
This session will cover:
- The challenges that many small charities face when developing a fundraising strategy.
- How to get your strategy right.
- How to use an 'enhanced SWOT analysis' to analyse your current fundraising position and develop powerful strategic priorities for the future.
There will also be the opportunity to ask lots of questions.
