Ms Classpergers (She/They)

Ms Classpergers is your spectrum sister of Nottingham. I found my female voice in musical theatre and like to honour those who inspire me with songs of their collection. I first performed in drag in 2018 where I was lucky enough to perform at Nottingham pride, and since then I have dreamed of being in-front of an audience (take that as you will). Singer, dancer and top-notch worrier at your service!

Nadia Jane (she/Her)

Nadia Jane is principal of NJPA Dance Studios and owner ofPalace Bar and Party Venue Derby. 

She trained in all aspects of performing arts from the age of 3, when her parents enrolled her into full time stage school. Nadia has appeared in numerous shows, displays, and catwalk modelling as a child/adolescent and completed her training in Blackpool - graduating from Phil Winston's Theatre Works.

Commercial Theatre is Nadia Janes specialty, she comes to "slay not play" and teaches her students the same. She regularly teaches in Derby secondary schools, her own studios, and is guest choreographer on request.

Charlotte Lunn

Charlotte is a published poet and bookseller living with chronic illness. After completing her creative writing degree, she became the events co-ordinator at Scarthin Books and co-hosts Rebel Riot Poetry, online. She is a guest poetry facilitator with Derbyshire Writing school and also offers editing and mentoring services. Charlotte's debut collection Metamorphosis was published with Verve Poetry Press in May 2021 and she is currently working on her second.

Donna Briscoe-Greene Award winner of the 2019 Black Achievers Award for Culture, Media and the Arts. Creative Director and Landlady of Pub Theatre The Maypole Cafe Bar and Theatre www.themaypolebarandtheatre.co.uk has a BA in Performing Arts and qualifications from LAMDA.

She founded EMBAA CIC (East Midlands Black Arts Associated) in 2018, which supports the development and decolonisation of the local Arts scene and was head hunted/nominated to join Derby CAN and DCEP as a Consortium Partner.

As Creative Director for EMBAA offers training and coaches Arists. Developing programmes for Grassroots productions to increase local Black Audiences and the Global Majority.

As a professional singer she has been a studio Artist. Been warm up for Aswad, or Omah and performed for Amnesty International, International Womens Day, the Windrush Celebrations, Carnival, The Carnival Queen show and was handpicked to perform for the Jamaican High Commissioner on his visit to Derby.

Is a nominee for the National Diversity Award for Positive Role Model for Race, Religion & Faith.

All of which has lead to her being invited to join in support of Black Lives in Music, appear in the Stage Newspaper and several other local publications, coopted for EMCCANs Culture, Heritage and Education Sub-committee and more recently making a comeback to the Derby Theatre Stage in play written by local Artist Rukus and partner Derby CAN.
