Description

Introduction:

This course is part of a wider programme of investment to support skills development for staff in local businesses. The investment aims to address skills shortages and courses have been identified through consultation with businesses and industry bodies. Delegates must be Entitled or Entitled for work*

Target audience:

This workshop is aimed at new starters in a customer service role or those currently, who require support and encouragement to improve their interaction with customers

Learning outcomes:

  • Recognise how a first impression is formed
  • Describe the factors that influence the customer when forming a first impression
  • Demonstrate how to present a positive 'right' first impression 'every-time'

Course details:

  • Please arrive at least 5 minutes before the start time and bring pen and paper
  • Tea, coffee, water and biscuits will be available
  • There is no parking on site, but Patriotic Street car park is just next to the training venue. Please allow yourself time to park if you are travelling to the venue by car.
