Is your daughter approaching puberty, and you're wondering how to guide her through this transition with confidence, care and connection?

Give your child a positive and empowered start to puberty and menstruation by bringing them to a special First Moon Circle experience.

Our next First Moon Circle on 25th May is designed for girls aged 9-12 and their mothers or trusted female guardians to gather to learn and celebrate the changes that puberty brings. An empowering, fun, sacred and inclusive circle that goes beyond schools basic, limited period education and focuses instead on cycle self-care and self-love so children feel prepared, informed, confident and supported to experience puberty and their first periods.

Whether you have been putting off 'the talk' & feeling unsure of what to say or the conversations are already happening at home & your child has already had their first period, this workshop is for you. You'll leave with inspiration, confidence and practical tools to continue the conversation and home.

  • Learn about the menstrual cycle in a way that is holistic, positive and practical
  • Engage in period product play so your daughter feels confident and prepared
  • Connect through storytelling, activities & meaningful conversations
  • Mothers / Carers heal your own experience of menarche and gain tools to support your child with love and wisdom
  • Join a circle of like-minded mothers who share your desire to educate and empower
