So what exactly is a 'Scratch Night'?
- A Scratch Night is an exciting chance to see snippits of brand new work, ranging from immersive theatre to digital gaming and site-specific dance, before they become full length shows.
- Scratch Nights rely on two way communication with the audience, and you'll have the unique opportunity to offer your thoughts and feedback at the end of the evening, either in writing or by having an informal chat with the artists at the bar!

Keep Them Out by Exit Productions Ltd: Exit aims to find the meeting points between game and theatre. After their last interactive gaming experience: Revolution, where you, the audience overthrew the government, we now invite you to see how you will fair at averting the end of the world. using augmented reality, projection, tower defence mechanics and a narrative that adapts to your choices, Will you be able to do what is needed to Keep Them Out…?
The Woman With No Name by Clare Barrett: Clare is an actor and theatre maker and has worked internationally, chiefly in the field of live performance. She's a multi-disciplinary performer with a background in dance and circus. Developing her first solo show about a woman who is struck by the undeniable, lightning-bolt realisation that she has spent her life covertly working to become the iconic Man With No Name of spaghetti western fame; and the ramifications of this epiphany.
Nut Crasher by Sung Im Her: Women and cleaning, cleaning and housework, housework and classical ballet, classical ballet and Nutcracker, Nutcracker and Nutcrusher. Sung-Im Her studied Contemporary Dance and Choreography at Han-Sung University in Seoul (Korea), and P.A.R.T.S. in Brussels (Belgium). Sung-Im worked as a performer with Jan Fabre, Les Ballets C de la B, Alias, Needcompany, and Abattoir Fermé.
The Dirty Word by Art Lingual: Inspired by the political upheaval of Brexit, performance seeks to answer the questions: How does the Brexit vote continue to effect immigrants of all different categories, from those with visas to asylum seekers? And why is 'immigrant' now considered a dirty word? Using performance art, spoken word, and verbatim theatre ‘The Dirty Word’ examines society’s phobia of immigrants and how, maybe by sharing these stories, we can reclaim that immigrant narrative. Art Lingual are a theatre and communications company that believes in support for immigrants by immigrants.
wash, rinse, repeat. by Bang, B*ll*cks & Bleach :Three performers brought together by their fascination with the housewife as icon and parody exploring glitches in identity & gender. Together they harness their sexual frustration to create the surreal that warps the real. Understanding interaction as intervention and inviting you to step into the cracks of expectation.
