First Steps is our online programme for people recently diagnosed with Parkinson's and their family, friends and carers.

Booking information:
This event page is to book a place on group 19 commencing on Wednesday 29 October 2025.
If a family member, friend or carer will be taking part with you, you will need to select 2 places when registering.
There are 3 online sessions, with a 4- week gap between sessions 2 and 3, so please make sure that you can commit to the 3 dates in each group before booking.
Group 19
Each session runs from 6.30pm to 9pm
Session one - Wednesday 29 October 2025
Session two - Wednesday 5 November 2025
Session three - Wednesday 3 December 2025
