First Steps group 3 - Monday 26 January 2026

First Steps is our online programme for people recently diagnosed with Parkinson's and their family, friends and carers.

Booking information:

This event page is to book a place on group 3 commencing on Monday 26 January 2026.

If a family member, friend or carer will be taking part with you, you will need to select 2 places when registering.

There are 3 online sessions, with a 4- week gap between sessions 2 and 3, so please make sure that you can commit to the 3 dates in each group before booking.

Group 3

Each session runs from 10am to 12.30pm

Session one - Monday 26 January 2026

Session two - Monday 2 February 2026

Session three - Monday 2 March 2026
