First Steps to Fundraising - Virtual Conference
Event Information
About this event
Following the success of our first virtual conference, we are delighted to open bookings for the second in our series of three.
Tailored to Kent & Medway organisations and groups that are perhaps new to fundraising, preparing to submit their first application to one of our guest speakers, Kent Community Foundation and The National Lottery Community Fund, or are rethinking how to engage their supporters...
Each conference will explore different fundraising themes and skills. During our second virtual conference, we will cover:
- what funding is out there for groups supporting carers and older people and projects working with those with additional support needs;
- the fundamental basics of fundraising;
- what support there is to help you develop your fundraising skills;
- how to engage supporters with your project and organisation; and
- how to prepare evidence of need.
These sessions will also offer the opportunity to:
- introduce yourselves to Kent Community Foundation and The National Lottery Community Fund and hear about their grants programmes;
- learn how Funding for All can support your group; and
- ask questions about your project directly to a panel of fundraising experts.
