About this event

Joining us for the first time?

We have an early start for our first-timers, to cover some admin and make sure you are ready to take part in the main session at 6.30pm. When you arrive, ring the bell to be buzzed in, then find us on the upper mezzanine (stairs and lift options available).

About Us

Join a small supportive and vibrant group of adults (up to 12) who, just like you, are navigating the complexities of life with ADHD. We welcome all experiences, including late diagnosis, coinciding neurodiversities, comorbidities, or age-related factors like menopause.

This group is perfect for you if you:

· have been diagnosed with ADHD or suspect that you may have it;

· are ready to explore what ADHD means to you;

· want to manage your ADHD challenges and embrace your strengths;

· are ready to connect with others who are on the same journey.

Each session will delve into a different topic, providing a safe and understanding space to reflect on our challenges, identify our next steps, and work towards embracing our whole selves.

Focus On What Is Important to You

We'll be exploring a range of relevant topics, including the nuances of workplace dynamics, strategies for career progression, adjusting to a late diagnosis, building and maintaining fulfilling interpersonal relationships, and pursuing our personal ambitions with confidence.

Do I need to be diagnosed with ADHD?

No. If you believe you have ADHD and can identify with our superpowers and challenges, you are welcome. If you would like a formal diagnosis, we can help you understand the NHS pathways. If not, that's fine too. Diagnosis is a personal choice. Please come along, meet us and share your journey.

Do you offer discounts?

We aim to make our prices as affordable as possible for everyone. We need to cover overheads, but we try to keep costs down. We accept and can help you apply for financial support with Access to Work, Social Prescribing, LINK, DSS, PIP and health budgets. Join one of our 30-min overviews.
