".between the lines" experience
is an immersive, poetic performance that explores the state of in-betweenness - between countries, identities and global orders.
Unique life stories, poetry, an interactive video projection, and meditative immersion transform the space into a living artwork. you are not just watching - you are part of the action, a co-creator of the story.
Imagine a huge library - a shelter of human knowledge and memory. A living archive of human values: the stories of joy, loss, resilience, and love.
By reading about another’s loss, you might prevent your own. By discovering another’s joy, you may multiply yours. A library is where countless coexisting scenarios offer us warnings and hopes.
But what happens if all stories are erased? If memory is destroyed?
The performance is created by VYR collective, a group of professional Ukrainian artists now based in London due to the war.
