About this event

  • 23 hours 30 minutes

The reunion of Wolfson’s first generation of students, fellows and staff promises to be a unique event celebrating the achievements of the ‘First Wolves’ in shaping the college’s earliest days and setting its future tone. We hope you will enjoy the chance to reconnect with friends and colleagues, retrace your footsteps and return to the idyllic atmosphere of the college’s Linton Road site, where we are commemorating the fiftieth anniversary of the opening of the iconic Powell & Moya buildings in 2024.

We have an exciting programme of activities planned including tours of the college gardens and architecture, a fascinating lecture, Thoughts on Biography by Dame Hermione Lee, Emeritus President of Wolfson (2008–2017), and a celebratory dinner in the usual Wolfson style. There will also be a special opportunity to record your memories of Wolfson for posterity through short interviews with current college members who will be on-hand throughout the day.
