FirstCare Absence Management would like you to join us in our series of Absence Management Best Practice Seminars held across the UK, locations, Manchester, Leeds, Cardiff & Birmingham.
This event is held in Birmingham on Wednesday, 9th November 2016. During the seminar we will share best practices in absence improvement methods through presentations from current users, an overview of the FirstCare solution as well as hearing from Eversheds, experts in employment law.
Our seminars are designed for Operational and HR Managers to give an overview of best practices in absence management and the importance of data to improve attendance. With HR information becoming more complex as processes move on-line, our aim is to show attendees how an accurate data management solution and consistent processes can give HR, line managers and senior management instant access to data, which is essential for improving service levels and efficiencies within your organisation.
You will hear how absence data can be hugely beneficial in managing a workforce. We will demonstrate how information can be reported clearly and succinctly to the whole organisation, which in turn will assist HR to engage with other stakeholders throughout the organisation and help put into numbers the difference HR is making to the operation. Eversheds, one of the world’s largest corporate law firms, will provide current employment law updates.
There will also be an opportunity to discuss similar issues and network with fellow professionals.
