What to expect
In our VIP private dinning area you will enjoy a three course fish dinner with recommended wines to bring out the best in the wine and fish. Whilst you dine on your 'private' dining table, as a group we will take you through the species, explain how to select fish, where it comes from and then how to gut, filter and prepare ready for cooking. Focusing on British species we showcase all the best seafood seasonally available on the day. This means you will get to;
Enjoy a three course meal in our stunning VIP area (private cocktail bar, toilets, bar man, chef & fish monger)
Fish preparation – observe how to fillet & gut fish and any other seasonal British species that may be available.
Shellfish preparation – observe how to open oysters, shuck scallops and split langoustines.
