Description

This conference will demonstrate how sport and physical activity has helped improve the quality of life for people like your service users through workshops and case studies. The workshops and case studies will provide local and national examples of how sport and physical activity has helped;

  • People from minority communities
  • People with physical disabilities
  • People with learning disabilities
  • People with long-term health conditions
  • People in poverty
  • Older people, young people and women

This conference is an opportunity to network and develop relationships with partners from across Hertfordshire and your local area, learn more about funding available and practical information on how to implement what you hear during the day.

During the day we will launch the Disability Strategy for Hertfordshire and the Year of Physical Activity 2018.

This Conference is being offered free of charge, however not attending a booked place will result in a £50 charge to you or your organisation.
