    Welcome to FIT Physical 100!

    Come join us for a fun-filled day of fitness at our gym space at 11a Chapman Way. Whether you're a cardio bunny, a big lifter or love a fun challenge, this event has something for everyone. Get ready to tackle a series of challenges to test your SPEED, AGILITY, POWER, STRENGTH, ENDURANCE, STAMINA & COORDINATION!

    We are looking for 20 people to join our fun and friendly take on the famous competiton - PHYSICAL 100! A South Korean reality competition survial series on Netflix.

    We invite everyone to get involved in the Physical 100 event because you are guarnateed to have fun, be challenged and showcase your fitness & strength in the gym.

    There will be CASH prizes for the top scoring male, female & teen on the day plus plenty more fun prizes to be won!
