Event Details

You’ve finally decided to make some health changes. You’ve hired a trainer, joined a gym, signed up for that yoga class and have begun to exercise regularly. Maybe you’ve been instructed by your doctor to change your eating habits or you love the food you grew up on and just want to broaden your palette. Whatever the reason is, you’re stuck when it comes to meal prep. Don’t sweat it – no pun intended of course – because Fit2Cook is coming to the rescue!

Join us and learn how to prepare delicious, healthy, nutritious and easy to cook homestyle meals that you and your family are sure to love. Whether you are vegan, pescatarian or omnivore, Fit2Cook offers a class for you.

Our classes are hands on and instructed by Mikki who has many years of experience preparing tasty, healthy, home cooked family meals. So whether you are cooking for 1 or 10 you are sure to leave one of our classes with the tools you need to prepare a meal that you and/or your family are sure to love.

And remember, eating healthy does not have to mean forgoing taste!


There are 4 sessions and depending on which you choose you will learn how to cook: 

Saturday 9th September

Omnivore 10am-1pm

Breakfast - Veggie Omelette, Sliced avocado and tomato, slice of wholewheat toast

Snack - Apple or Banana slices with nut butter

Lunch - Chicken Breast salad w/alfalfa and bean sprouts


Saturday 9th September

Vegan 3pm - 6pm

Starter - Hummus stuffed sweet peppers

Main - Curried butter beans/chick peas and cabbage, cous cous, Sautéed kale medley

Dessert - Baked pears drizzled with stewed berries, topped with vegan ice cream (optional)

Sunday 10th September

Vegan 10am-1pm

Breakfast - Protein pancakes topped w/stewed fruit

Snack - Celery w/nut butter and goji berries

 Lunch - Portobello mushroom burger


Sunday 10th September 

Omnivore 3-6pm

Starter - Smoked salmon or chicken paté w/crackers

Main - Stuffed chicken breast, parboiled roasted potatoes, marinated asparagus

Dessert - Sautéed Apple slices w/ice cream (optional)
