In this introductory 5-module online Challenge you will learn about the 5 pillars integral to altering your current lifestyle and optimising your health and wellbeing status. 


We get wrongly sold a narrative that optimal health is a byproduct of exercise and food. There’s in fact a more holistic approach to attaining wellness. Through the knowledge gained over these 5 weeks, you will start to implement new lifestyle practises, and  connect with a global community committed to good health. Above all, you create a new You by letting go of suboptimal practises/habits/choices that hold you back from living life to its fullest in all areas of your life. 


The Challenge is on for 5 weeks. Each week you will learn about one of the following pillars:


• Physical Activity: the mimimum activity required to kickstart your health journey
• Eating: What foods & food habits make you, and what foods break you
• Sleep: How to boost productivity & energy with the right rest habits, the importance of optimal sleep on mental well being and body compostion
• Mind: The impact of psychology on physiology 
• Relationships: The connection between the body, mind and relationships




Approximately 1-2 hours per module per week watching the weekly video lectures, reviewing the readings (via email), and completing assignments. You will need a device that allows you to watch videos, access to email to read course materials and assignments, and access to WhatsApp and Facebook.


We strongly recommend you cover weekly assignments as per design. At the end of each week you complete and submit your weekly statistics. Your FITBANKER Coaches will hold you accountable to this!






This is not a shorter version of the flagship 90 Day Challenge. The 5 Week Challenge is designed as a transcending journey that takes you from the body to the mind, educates you on the phenomenal connection between your physiology and psychology, and how this connection impacts your relationships.
