Fun, friendly and effective!
Join us in Portobello for 2 fantastic workouts per week on Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings. You will receive support and encouragement along with a body composition analysis prior to starting, and then we'll monitor your fitness as it progresses. We are a super friendly group and welcome people of all fitness levels and encourage you to work at your own pace and get the most out of each session.
