Introducing My 6-Week Fitness & Mindset Transformation Course, Which Starts on 3rd May 2017.
This course has been specifically designed to help you:
- Lose any unwanted pounds and inches, so you feel and look great just in time for Summer
- Master your mind so you can overcome emotional eating, which is the biggest cause of weight gain.
- Forget counting calories, starving yourself and excessive workouts at the gym. I'll show you the correct way to get into the best shape of your life.
- Understand how your body and mind combines and finally get the results you've always wanted.
The format for the 6 week course. We will start on 3rd May and meet every week for the next five weeks at 7.30pm. Each session will be 30 minutes of usable content in a workshop-style setting, then 30 minutes of light to moderate exercise. This is the perfect format to educate and provide results in an environment that isn't intimidating like most gyms or Personal Trainers. I am freezing the prize for this course at £77 (plus booking fee), which is a 20% discount on the normal cost.
To work with me one to one I currently charge £35 per hour and I currently have a waiting list. With these group sessions, you'll be getting the best teaching and workouts that my one-to-one clients receive but heavily discounted to just £77 for the 6-week course. Numbers will be limited, so I can really help you.
Frequently Asked Questions
When does the Fitness & Mindset Transformation course start?
The first session is on 3rd May and it will run every week for the following five weeks at the Friston Village Hall, starting at 7.30pm.
What happens if I can't make one of the dates?
If you can't make one of the dates, I would still encourage you to sign up as it will still be valuable to you and we can always connect afterwards and I can coach you on what you have missed. If you know you will miss two or more session then I would probably say it's probably best to join the next course in the Autumn.
What will I achieve on the six-week course?
You'll lose pounds and inches, sleep better and in short, feel great. Plus I'll take you through a process that will show you how to master your mind when it comes to nutrition, breaking bad habits, improving self confidence and much more..
How many spaces are available?
I'm keeping it small, so I can best help you. The course will be capped at 15 people.
