What ever your fitness level you will definitely want to get stronger and healthier.

There is simply 2 parts to the club.

1st hour general fitness for all.

2nd hour for the advanced with HIIT.


Come and get any health and fitness advice from what I know, to help you on your journey

I shall show you how to start your day in the right way by activating your happy hormones

See if I can help you with any specific sports blocks with my M.E.L.T techniques

No two sessions are the same and fitness can be achieved just by using your own body weight
