Meet Keiran from Thriving- a weight management and wellbeing service free to anybody in Nottingham who wants to improve their health and wellbeing. Let Keiran take you through a series of activities suitable for all abilities and fitness levels which will help you work your whole body and combine both cardiovascular and resistance excercises.
Whatsmore, all exercises can be performed either sitting or standing yet will have the same impact regardless. So, this session is good for people who might need to sit down often whilst excercising. Keiron will also adapt exercises if you have injuries or medical conditions.
As this session is taking place in a larger room to ensure more people can enjoy it, we must warn that this room, although at the front of the place and close to the entrance, does have to be accessed by a small staircase with approximately 14 steps.
To ensure your safe ascent and descent, chairs will be available on either side of the stairs. For disabled car users with a blue badge, there is also a small number of parking spaces outside the Place too.

This session and all others in this program are taking place to help raise community wellbeing as well as funds for the Sherwood Exchange- an accessible food hub for people in and outside of Sherwood who wish to help each other by sharing food and resources and preventing landfill waste.
