This class is designed to help women build confidence, feel comfortable, and become familiar with the training process. Safe, motivating, and encouraging starting point for anyone who needs it.

The mission is simple:

The mission is to provide a supportive environment where you can take your first steps without hesitation or self-doubt. Over time, you’ll build the confidence to join mixed or other group classes and be prepared for more advanced training, feeling comfortable and empowered to take the next step in your fitness journey.

Who Can Join?All age groups are welcome from teens to adults. Woemn's only class!

Workshop Details:These sessions are donation-based so You can leave a donation when you book your spot through this page.
