The Course will consist of 6 Weeks of training. Payment on attendance. £25 full Course (£4.16p per session)

The course will be in the evening and has been organised central.

Benefits of Fitness Yoga

The course will be run by relaimed fitness instructor and wife of one of our officers Lisa Stone.

Lisa's short introduction.

I have been a fitness instructor since 2002 having always had a love of exercise. I am a passionate believer in the benefits of all my classes to both the body and mind having seen the results over the years of the many participants. The medical benefits of participation in classes such as FFY are not in doubt and many of the participants have found improved flexibility, core strength and body alignment.

FREESTYLE FITNESS YOGA:

FFY is a fitness program that incorporates deep stretch, yoga postures and fitness principles. Unlike traditional yoga, fitness yoga isn't spiritual, there's no chanting nor philosophy to our workout. We use fitness and yoga exercises that target the bodies postural muscles.

FITNESS PILATES:

We aim to identify basic postural imbalances and increase muscular balance and strength, improve posture, core and back strength.

SIMPLY STRETCH:

Stretching the entire body to make us move more freely!

We hope to continue this as a regular course so please support us to make this a success.
