About this event

Arts • Comedy

A proper “room above a pub” experience in central London.

Come and enjoy comedy as it should be—pint in one hand, all huddled around a stage in the corner of a room above a pub, enjoying the very best of London’s comedy circuit for an unbeatable price.

Our shows are all Pay What You Can. This system means that we don't need to charge an extortionate amount to everybody who wants to watch live comedy in central London, all you need to pay to reserve your ticket is £5.

We ask people to pay what they think the show is worth. Most people pay the suggested amount of £12 per person, but some people pay nearer to £20 as that's what the show is worth, and others pay a bit less. Some people really can't afford to donate anything at the end of the show, and that's always fine, because the system works just fine!

Your headliner is Eric Rushton. Known for his intelligent, playful material and charming, self-deprecating stage presence, Eric Rushton is a standout voice in UK comedy. Since starting in 2014, he has quickly made a name for himself, winning the prestigious Leicester Mercury Comedian of The Year award in 2020, an honour previously won by comedy heavyweights like Romesh Ranganathan. A finalist in both the Chortle Student and "So You Think You're Funny?" competitions, Eric has since graced the stages of the UK's top comedy clubs and festivals. With his sharp wit and engaging delivery, Eric continues to cement his status as a rising star.
