Kickstart your year feeling energised, motivated and happier in this Fitness Blastoff's five days of online dance fitness!
Join these FUN, live workouts from Monday to Friday, from FIVE qualified, friendly and professional dance fitness instructors, from the comfort of your own home.

Join us each day, during the week of Monday 1st - Friday 5th February, at 7pm - 7.30pm (GMT).
- Monday: Dancehall Dance Fitness with Selena
- Tuesday: Beyonce Dance Workout with Iesha
- Wednesday: Afrobeats Dance Fitness with Kwaku
- Thursday: Hip-Hop Fitness with Karla
- Friday: Reggaeton Dance Fitness with Marta
How it will work
All you need to do is:
- register and book your space
- check your emails, [and spam/junk mail], for the Zoom link
- join the Zoom live at 7pm each day, from Monday to Friday
- You should receive the link to the Zoom platform once registered. If you haven’t, then please email info@fitnessblastoff.com.
Using Zoom
If you're using your smartphone or an iPad, then you'll need to download the Zoom application.
If you are using a laptop, when you click on the Zoom link, Zoom will load up straight away [no need to download an app on the laptop].

- comfortable clothing
- your sweat towel
- plenty of water
- a laptop, smartphone or an iPad device
