Five Healthy Habits is a low-cost, small-group reset led by Rachel, your local Healthy Habits Coach. It’s designed to help women feel more in control of their health and energy without expensive subscriptions, intimidating workouts, or pressure to be perfect.

Over six weeks, you’ll identify and explore five achievable habits just for you - movement, nutrition, and mindset that you can actually sustain whatever your starting point.

Is this a fitness class?

No. It’s a wellbeing coaching programme — with movement included, but at your pace and ability.

Why is it so affordable?

Because cost of living shouldn’t mean putting your wellbeing on hold. This course has been deliberately kept low-cost to stay accessible.

What should I bring?

Comfy clothes, a water bottle, and an open mind. Blankets, hoodies and cushions encouraged!

I can no longer attend -can I have a refund?

Full payment is required at booking to confirm your place. If you’re unable to start, your payment can be transferred to another WightWays offer — including our upcoming day retreat version at Calbourne Water Mill. No refunds or transfers once the course begins.

I can't commit to 6 weeks - can I miss a week?

This is a small, closed group to encourage support and progress. Please only book if you can commit. If a weekly commitment is tricky, the a full-day Five Healthy Habits will take place at Calbourne Water Mill and includes lunch; details to follow soon.
