For first time and new parents, or those who have a recommendation from their health visitor, babies birth to 6 months.

The course is held face to face at one of our Family Centres - once you have booked your space you will receive a confirmation email with all details, and reminders will be sent before the event.

Tickets to this course are free and spaces are limited – if you can no longer attend please cancel your space promptly to allow others to access the course.

Over five weeks we will cover the five simple things for your baby’s optimal brain development. With the fifth week being a weaning workshop.

We have now introduced an additional 6th Week which is Infant Resuscitation.

💚Week 1: Respond: - Introduction to brain development & responding to your baby,

💜Week 2: Talk & Play - Making sense of the world, sensory play & treasure baskets,

💛Week 3: Cuddle - The importance of touch & a practical baby massage session,

❤Week 4: Relax: Relaxing with baby & Looking after yourself,

🧡Week 5: Introducing Solids Workshop.

💙Week 6: Resus

Sessions will also include time to interact and a song time at the end.
