We are working in partnership with the Gloucestershire County Council’s Gloucestershire Wellbeing (GloW) commitment to deliver our Five Ways to Wellbeing Workshops. The Five Ways to Wellbeing are evidenced based steps which can be used to help to improve mental health, wellbeing and resilience

What is the Five Ways to Wellbeing Workshop?

Our Five Ways to Wellbeing Workshops offer x3, 1.5-hour workshops across three weeks:

Week 1, Introduction & Connect

Week 2, Be Active & Give

Week 3, Take Notice & Keep Learning.

How can the Five Ways to Wellbeing Workshop Help You?

People who are attending our workshops will learn about the Five Ways to Wellbeing Model which includes,

Connect, Be Active, Take Notice and Keep Learning.

You will gain an understanding of how Five Ways to Wellbeing activities and practices can help you with your health and wellbeing. Each workshop will also provide information of local support services available in your area.

Criteria: You must live in the Gloucestershire area to attend this workshop. Places are limited so availability is a first come first served basis.
