All wellbeing workshops are designed with your needs in mind, implementing various types of resources such as the use of videos, worksheets, individual exercise, group tasks and the opportunity for group discussion. All my workshops are specifically designed to enhance and empower individuals towards improved wellbeing as well as breaking down the stigma associated with mental health. Workshop examples include 5 Ways to Wellbeing, Mindfulness and Assertiveness
We are currently delivering wellbeing workshops in the Communities of Trafford and East Manchester. Each workshop is free to attend and include a light lunch.
