About this event

Arts • Literary Arts

Five years. 60 months. 175 books released. 2,500 trees planted.

We're delighted to invite you to join the Renard Press family for a very special evening celebrating milestones in our first five years of publishing!

2020 was a tough old time to start a business, and that Renard has survived – and is thriving – is testament to all those behind the books, from our authors to our freelancers, sales reps, distributors, subscribers, newsletter readers, Tweeters and 'Grammers… so here's our thank-you!

We're delighted to be taking over St Mary's Islington for the evening, home to friends Poetry Above the Crypt, for a soirée celebrating milestones of the past five years – and we're delighted to have a brilliant line-up of authors and poets scheduled to serenade us over a glass of wine.

With readings from poetry anthologies, non-fiction titles and novels, from the very first contemporary book we published (the aptly named This Good Book) to the latest poetry collection (Compass Light), here's a sparkling evening ahead – so please join us for an unforgettable (we hope for the right reasons – RMT, please time your strikes well) evening celebrating the power of the written – and spoken – word.

Plus ones are not so much welcome as insisted upon – we've got a big space to fill, so please, bring your bookish friends for an evening that will warm the soul in the cold months ahead!
