Yr Athro Charles Sabel yw ymwelydd rhyngwladol Canolfan Cymdeithas Sifil ESRC WISERD ar gyfer 2022. Yn y digwyddiad hwn bydd yn siarad am ei lyfr newydd a gyd-awdurwyd gyda David G. Victor sy'n cymhwyso syniadau o lywodraethu arbrofol (XG) i newid hinsawdd. Yn dilyn y cyflwyniad bydd sesiwn holi ac ateb ar gyfer aelodau'r gynulleidfa.

Professor Charles Sabel is WISERD ESRC Civil Society Centre International visitor for 2022. At this event he will be talking about his new book co-authored with David G. Victor that applies ideas from experimentalist governance (XG) to climate change. Following the presentation there will be a question and answer session for audience members.

Charles Sabel is a professor of law and social science at Columbia Law School. His research has developed pragmatist ideas into a general conception of democratic experimentalism, with particular attention to regulation, the provision of complex social services, and contracting under uncertainty. Sabel's current projects include the elaboration of experimentalist or incremental solutions to apparently global problems such as trade and climate change (https://www.law.columbia.edu/faculty/charles-f-sabel)
