In the workshop, we will share our vision of how using key content from Codes, the Multilingual Hotel Guide, Room Type Mapping, and Places helps ensure that guests, agents, and bookers are booking with confidence. The Right Room in the Right Property in the Right Location.
We will explore how this structured content, when surfaced consistently across the booking journey, improves search relevance and reduces confusion. We will also look at how companies are consuming and applying this data to improve visibility and conversions, including the growing role of AI in making smarter matching easier.
But making this work at scale is not without its challenges. The biggest of these is data inconsistency across the distribution chain: from hotelier to channel manager to retailer. We will discuss what needs to change and how collaboration across the industry is essential to improving the search and booking experience.
This is a working session, not just a presentation. Your input will shape how we move forward.
Join us on 17th September at the Holiday Inn, Regent’s Park and help create a more accurate, consistent, and effective way to surface the right content at the right time. Reach out to us using this form if you would like to attend.
