Deborah Madelaine, Learner Experience Manager

Deborah Madelaine works at Mars as Senior Learner Experience Manager with a focus on social learning. In her previous role, Deborah helped bring design thinking to the hearts and minds of Mars Associates globally by building a movement for change counting 10,000 members and 1000 champions. Originally from France, Deborah has lived in 7 countries throughout her career and now happy to call London home. She published her first book “You Got This!” in 2017 and is now working on her second book, a practical guide for the corporate change agents. In 2019 she spoke at TEDxKTH in Stockholm about using prototyping as a metaphor for self-actualization. In her spare time, you’ll find her walking in Holland Park listening to an audiobook and drinking bubble tea.


Tony Currie, Creative Director

An award winning Creative Director, Tony is a strategic storyteller; always seeking out new and exciting ways to tell compelling stories that excite, provoke and immerse. Tony creates inspiring solutions channelled through the execution of immersive technology across omni-channel landscapes. Tony is an insightful, collaborative and entrepreneurial innovator motivated in delivering memorable and measurable experiences.


Warren Hutchinson, Founder & Chief Experience Officer

Warren has worked in experience design and strategy for over 20 years and in that time has developed a deep expertise in helping businesses identify, create, launch and support new products and services. He care's most about projects and initiatives that seek to change behaviour in a positive way. Warren founded ELSE back in 2010 which is a strategic design consultancy that helps businesses to create innovative and effective product and service experiences. He also currently sits on the Board of Directors at the Design Business Association where he's a mentor, a guest lecturer at Brunel University, delivering the Experience Design module on the MSc in Digital Design. He has also guest lectured at Cambridge University on the MBA.


Tom Kerwin, Product Design Director

Tom is a product design leader at Apploi with over two decades of experience leading design, customer research and experimentation and co-founded two of the UK’s biggest lead generation startups.


Helen Le Voi, Executive Creative Director

Helen Le Voi is Executive Creative Director at Method, a digital strategy, design, and engineering consultancy. Helen is a people-centred leader with a proven track record of design and development, team management and research in both academia and industry, client-side and agency. Helen is especially interested in new challenges, technology and product/service experiences that balance business and technology but meet the needs and desires of real people. Her specialities and special interests include IoT, the circular economy, service design, strategic planning and innovation.

Harri Nieminen - Service Design Director at Kuudes

Harri is the Service Design Director at Kuudes designing meaningful concepts that have a positive impact on people’s lives. Previously he worked at OP Financial Group, where he had a team of 22 service designers – maybe the biggest in-house team in Finland. He speaks frequently about design and customer experience in different kind of events and is active on social media.
