Kyle Loughlin, Strategic Design Director

Kyle joined Native as an Industrial Designer in 2010. Today, his role is to help companies unlock growth by creating products consumers love. He specialises in working across disciplines to solve problems with a multitalented team of designers, researchers, strategists, engineers and developers. Kyle’s agile process fuses consumer empathy, business strategy, technology and design to help clients create ground-breaking, award winning, commercially successful products, services and experiences. He has helped tackle some of Native’s most difficult challenges across FMCG, automotive, retail, telecoms, insurance, medical and consumer electronics for clients including AB InBev, Ford, VEON, Coloplast, HP Inc., Nespresso, Novo Nordisk, TomTom and Bowers and Wilkins.

ANAPLAN

Saskia Liebenberg, Senior Design Operations Manager

Saskia loves helping teams work more effectively and achieve their best. She has enjoyed doing this as a project manager guiding diverse, cross-functional teams to successful delivery, and more recently as an operational lead setting up processes and systems to remove friction and optimise capacity in growing teams. She cut her teeth in publishing, with four years at Deliveroo proving to be an intense crash course in all things tech, and now work at Anaplan, where she supports a fantastic team of 22 researchers and designers based in the US and the UK. London has been home for the past decade, although her love of country walks with her dachshund Otto is slowly beckoning her away from the city!

ARRIVAL

Jure Martinec, Head of Design

Jure Martinec is a European designer & technologist interested in emerging technologies that augment us, particularly tools for people to make stuff. As Head of Design at ARRIVAL he is setting strategic direction, guiding design efforts and growing world-class design talent across multiple product teams building next-generation vehicle design & engineering tools. In his previous life at IDEO, he worked across many industries and technologies to help companies shape user-centered strategies, products and services.

CLAIRE ROWLAND ASSOCIATES

Claire Rowland, Consultant

Claire Rowland is a London-based consultant specialising in product strategy, experience design and research for IoT and hardware-enabled services. She has helped a wide range of organisations develop consumer, commercial and industrial connected products and hardware-enabled services, from breast pumps to industrial power tools, home automation and energy management, to supply chain and automotive. She is the lead author of Designing Connected Products: UX for the consumer internet of things, published by O’Reilly.

MAGIC LEAP

Daniel Nieuwenhuizen, Design Lead

Daniel is a Design Lead on the In-device Core OS team for Magic Leap, previously working as Head of Product Design for out of device experiences. Previously, Daniel worked with Fintech delivering B2C and B2B platforms for startups and big orgs, and as an Associate Creative Director at R/GA, delivering projects like Beats Music, Google Searching for Syria and O2 Priority.

Yury Vetrov, Design Director at Raiffeisen Bank

Yury looks after brand and digital CX at Raiffeisen Bank Russia. Before this, Yury headed several design teams at Mail.ru Group, one of two largest Russian internet companies that developed 25 multi-platform products.
