Getting rid of the SOB's (Seals on Blue Bedsheets)

U.S. State Flags – Current Historical and Proposed is a Facebook group for those who have such an interest. Each month this online group holds a flag popularity contest with the winner of the wooden spoon entered into a redesign competition. The ninth study now concluded, this presentation will update the Institute on the successes
