An evening of readings introduced by Jude Higgins, founder of the international Bath Flash Fiction Awards, Flash Fiction Festivals, UK and the short short fiction press, Ad Hoc Fiction. There will be readings from Jude, and four other local, widely published writers of the form: Judy Darley, KM Elkes, Alison Woodhouse, John Wheway. Flash Fiction is self-contained stories that take only a few minutes. There will be a wide variety of styles and subject matter, all within a 500 word or less format.

It will be fun, pacy, get you thinking and maybe wanting to write something yourself.

Doors open 7.15pm, event starts 7.30pm.

A cash bar will be available for hot drinks and soft drinks.

Proceeds go to Friends Of Bishopston Library - we provide facilities, equipment and events at the library.
