How many times must I visit The Deli, Canteen, The Cow or other such establishments to see a wealth of interesting people, only to leave without the time (or, moment or bravery) to say hello!
To solve this, I’ll be doing the next series of supperclubs at my very cute, Notting Hill flat.
The two restaurants to truly influence my palate are Mountain & Luca. The dishes will owe much inspiration to these establishments, no doubt.
Over the rest of summer and coming Autumn, I’ll assemble a small, elite, wine cellar for the supperclubs. To do this, I will be leaning my entire 5’9 / 82kg frame on the sommeliers I have shared the floors of these great restaurants with.
After 8 years in the area, I’m looking forward to doing the thing I should’ve started 8 years ago, producing social evenings and fine food for the neighbourhood.
