Frequently asked questions

Is parking available?

Free on-street parking is available close by. There's also pay to park carpark.

Can children or youth attend?

Young people age 14+ can attend, but will need either parent/guardian with them, or have completed and returned a parental consent form in advance (contact conference@cdfb.org.uk for the relevant form.)

Do I need previous dance experience?

Not necessarily. There's so much on offer, we just want you to enjoy the day. Our aim is to have fun, come and try new things, and simply praise God together through movement and dance.

I have mobility issues, can I still join in?

While we do try to make our workshop days as accessible to all as we possibly can, some of the dance styles on offer today need more mobility and balance than others. Some can be adapted to being seated, but will need a degree of upper body strength.

Is lunch provided? What about drinks?

Tea, coffee, etc are available on arrival and at break times. Please bring your own packed lunch. There is a Co-op store on the same block as the church.

Organised by

The CDFB is a network that connects dance enthusiasts who share the Christian faith as they explore and develop their relationship between dance and faith. We host a range of workshops across Britain to help people learn and explore how dance and their faith interact.
