Unwind, lengthen, and realign in Flex to Relax, a full-body stretching and flexibility class designed to help you release tension from head to toe. Starting with the legs and moving gradually through the hips, spine, shoulders, and neck, this guided session combines slow, mindful movements with dynamic flexibility elements to gently activate muscles and enhance mobility.
By incorporating both static and dynamic stretches, Flex to Relax supports increased range of motion, improved circulation, and deep relaxation. With a maximum of 8 participants per class, each session offers a more personalized experience. The small group size allows the instructor to provide hands-on guidance and adjust positions to suit individual needs and flexibility levels.
