Flex to Splits is a targeted flexibility class designed to open the hips, lengthen the legs, and gradually guide your body toward achieving full front and middle splits. This focused session begins with gentle mobility work to warm up the joints, followed by deep, sustained stretches and active flexibility drills that engage and strengthen the muscles needed for safe and effective progress.
Working progressively through the hip flexors, hamstrings, inner thighs, and glutes, Flex to Splits blends static holds with dynamic movements to increase range of motion, balance strength with flexibility, and release built-up tension in the lower body. Each class builds on the last, helping you develop the mobility and muscular control necessary to move closer to your personal flexibility goals.
With a maximum of 8 participants per class, the small group format ensures hands-on adjustments and personalized guidance tailored to your level.
