What to Expect

  • A short movement game to wake up body and mind.
  • Flow-based mobility sequences (like yoga, but with more variety).
  • Functional strength training – getting up, balancing, crawling, lifting, and more – adapted for all levels.
  • Bodyweight strength work targeting upper body, core, and legs.
  • A calming finish with breathwork and relaxation to reset before you head back into your day.

  • Bring a friend: 2 sessions for £25 (£12.50 each) – email to arrange
  • What to bring: Wear comfortable clothes, bring some water, and a mat if you have one (spares available at the studio)
  • Spaces are limited to just 6 per class to keep the group small and supportive – book early to secure your spot.
