About this event
If you have processing difficulties when it comes to reading, writing and listening or have been diagnosed with autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia or any other additional learning need… if you’re fed up with archaic, inflexible and plain boring approaches to creative writing… if you’re convinced that previous struggles have proven that you’re ‘rubbish at writing’, then come along and prove yourself wrong.
Designed for adults, devised and delivered by specialist English Teacher and Film Critic, Kemi J Williams, attendees should brace themselves for an interactive, sensory adventure into the wonders of the written word.
Each attendee will leave the workshop with:
• tried and tested resources and writing-activities based on using the five senses to get writing started.
• tried and tested techniques and ideas for developing and sharing your work.
•a self-selected piece of written work, mounted on a hand crafted frame.
• a self-selected piece of written work published on the Bell House website.
