Who is Emma Fielding?

Emma Fielding, Director of Emma Property Developments a luxury high-end house flipping business started renovating her own homes in 2019 & 2020 in her hometown of Barnsley, South Yorkshire. After building up enough capital to venture into flipping houses full-time and leaving the corporate world behind her in January 2021, Emma has never looked back! To date, Emma has flipped over 15 houses with another 2 in the pipeline. Emma has raised over £2.7million in investor finance and in Emma's second year of trading, she turned over 7-figures followed by aggressive plans for the future.

Emma appeared on Sky TV show "Property Graduate" where she was in the final three and more recently winner of "Young Property Investor of the Year" from the Property Investor Awards.
