Flitton Potato Race 2017
Sunday, 11 June 2017 from 12:00 to 16:00 (BST)
Back by popular demand this is the only race of its kind in the country. Take the opportunity to run, walk or stagger a mile from Greenfield to The White Hart, pay for the privilege and raise money for charity, all at the same time!
Choose your weight - 20, 10, 5 or 2kg for individuals, depending on age. For children and toddlers there are spud and spoon races, Tatties In A Bucket and Design A Potato Head competitions! Prizes and trophies, plus medals for all! Timings are approx midday to 13:00, in time for lunch & prizes.
All profits to go to charities and local projects. We have a tradition of supporting a national charity as well as a ones closer to home. For 2017 our chosen charities are:
- St John's Hospice (Sue Ryder, Moggerhanger)
- Flitwick & Ampthill Sea Cadets
- The Soldiers' Charity ABF
- East Anglian Air Ambulance

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
There will be very limited parking available outside of the road closures in Flitton and Greenfield. We advise that visitors do not bring cars to the event where possible.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
No. When you make a purchase on this website the person named in the "Runner Name" field is person entitled to run the race.
Can I update my registration information?
To make any changes please email email@example.com
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
We will have a list of all runners on the day but bringing your ticket may speed up your registration process.
What is the refund policy?
This is a charity event and previously have had no need to issue refunds. If you would like to cancel your registration please email firstname.lastname@example.org
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
Please ensure that the Runner Name field is completed. The person named in the "Runner Name" field is person entitled to run the race. This does not need to be the same person as the bill payer.
