About this event

FLO Fest is a powerful evening centred on women’s health, hormones, and the many phases of womanhood, created for those craving honest conversations, real connection, and a celebration of being seen in all your complexity.

This first-of-its-kind live event from Flo and Thrive blends education, inspiration, and celebrating all that it is to be a woman in a beautifully curated space. We’ll begin the evening with raw, relatable panel talks that open up the conversations we’re often told to keep quiet. Then, as the night flows on, we’ll lean into joy, music, and the kind of connection that reminds you you’re not alone.

What to Expect:

Panel Conversations Hear from bold, brilliant women as they share real stories and expert insights. Across two panel talks, we’ll dive into the stuff that matters, hormones, mental health, self-awareness, identity, and the shifts we’re not talking about enough. From PMDD and perimenopause to ADHD and the power of no, expect big insight, real stories, and moments that stay with you long after the night ends.

Interactive Stalls & Experiences Explore products, tools, and offerings from incredible women-led businesses across a range of industries. From wellness to lifestyle, creative gifts to practical support, discover brands that champion women in all the ways we live, work, heal and thrive.

Connection & Community Meet like-minded women and connect through guided moments, shared stories, and collective joy, a reminder that you’re never alone in your journey.

Music & Celebration We’ll close the night with soulful sounds and relaxed vibes. A live female DJ will set the mood while you unwind, mingle, and connect with other incredible women.

Frequently asked questions

What if I’m not sure this event is “for me”?

If you’re curious, craving connection, or just fancy a night that feels a little different, then yes, FLO Fest is for you. You don’t need to fit a certain identity or be in a specific life phase. This is a space for all women to feel welcome, supported, and celebrated.

Is FLO Fest suitable for all ages?

FLO Fest is designed for women aged 18 and over. While the event is inclusive of all stages of womanhood, some content may be most relevant to those navigating menstruation, perimenopause, or menopause.

Do I need to know anything about hormones, cycles, or women's health to attend?

Not at all! FLO Fest is designed for everyone, whether you’ve been diving into this work for years or are hearing about it for the first time. There’s no prep needed, no pressure to know the lingo. Just come as you are, take what resonates, and enjoy the experience in your own way.

Will I be expected to participate or share?

Only if you want to. While the evening includes panels, connection moments, and opportunities to chat with others, there’s no pressure to do anything you’re not comfortable with. You’re free to take part in whatever feels good, or simply soak it all in.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. The venue is wheelchair accessible and has accessible toilets. If you have specific access needs, please let us know when booking and we’ll do our best to support you.

Will there be food and drink?

Food won’t be provided, but the bar will be open throughout the evening with light snacks and drinks available to purchase

Is there parking or public transport nearby?

There are 6 car parks within a half mile / 10 minute walk of FarGo Village. It's also situated on 2 major bus routes (all the details are on FarGo Village website), and there is plenty of bicycle parking too.

Can I buy tickets at the door?

To honour the energy and intimacy of FLO Fest, tickets will only be available in advance via Eventbrite. This helps us create a well-held space and plan for a meaningful experience for everyone attending.

I can’t attend anymore — can I get a refund or transfer my ticket?

Tickets are non-refundable, but you’re welcome to gift or resell your ticket to someone else. Please email us at hello@floandthrive.com to update the attendee name.
