Float away after this intimate workshop, held in a beautiful studio in Hackney Downs.
What can you expect?
- Grounding and welcome circle upon arrival.
- 90 minutes of vinyasa yoga, breath, and meditation.
- Long integration with optional massage and journalling.
- Snacks, tea, time to connect and reflect.
- Ending the event with a closing circle before you float away into your Sunday evening!
Vinyasa Yoga is the synchronising of breath with movement to attain balance in the mind and body. Vinyasa aligns a deliberate sequence of poses with the breath to achieve a continuous flow.
Expect a dynamic practice, with standing, balancing and seated postures. This class is suitable for all levels, with the aim of bringing you into the body and quietening the mind.
Arrival information:
- Please arrive 10 minutes early so that I can show you into the space in time to start. I will show everyone into the studio together. If you do not arrive in time to be shown to the studio, you may risk missing the start of the workshop.
- Head to Hackney Downs Studios and go to the reception - big letters above the door say "WELCOME". You can wait by the reception. I will show everyone into the studio together.
- When you arrive in the courtyard, look for Tom’s Deli - the reception is on the left side.
