FloatFit HIIT with AquaPhysical at Haymarket Hotel

Haymarket Hotel are back with another series of FloatFit HIIT on the Water - a revolutionary cross training HIIT work out class in the pool, with water based fitness experts AquaPhysical.
Set downstairs in the sleek 55ft swimming pool, keen fitness buffs will be taught a brand new and fun way of exercising under the expert eye of AquaPhysical's instructor, Chris Unwin.
The FloatFit class is a 30 minute HIIT workout including burpees, lunges, squats, mountain climbers, the plank, stretching... all on water. This low impact, cross training class gives a full body workout.
To complete the session, afterwards guests will be treated to a Recovery Brunch at Brumus Restaurant which includes dishes such as crushed avocado on rye with grilled chorizo; freshly baked waffles, banana, strawberries; and sweetcorn chilli fritters with avocado, tomato, lime salsa and poached eggs.
Session one: 8.45am for a 9.00am start. 30 mins
Session two: 9.45am for a 10.00am start. 30 mins
£35 including training session (AquaBase and towel will be provided), mineral water and brunch at Brumus Bar and Restaurant
* Please note that there are no showering facilities available. ** Please dress water ready (GYM LEGGINGS / SHORTS / SPORTS BRA / SPORTS TOP / SWIMWEAR) and bring a change of dry clothes for after the class.
FloatFit YOGA will run on alternating Saturday mornings alongside the FloatFit HIIT classes.
