Event description

Description

Join us for another exciting IP100 Club networking event, which we are hosting with our IP100 Champion, Addleshaw Goddard LLP on the 21st of November in Edinburgh.

The focus of this event will be on lessons learned when floating IP-rich technology companies.

Keith Neilson, CEO and Founder of Craneware PLC, will discuss his personal experience in scaling an IP-rich software business from start-up to public offering, the reasons for “going public”, and the impact that it had on the business.

Anna Brown and Murray Jack of Addleshaw Goddard LLP will discuss the pros and cons of various forms of financing available to growing businesses as well as the steps that can taken to ensure that they are both "investor-ready" and getting the IP-value message across.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable insight and network and connect with entrants, investors and IP100 sponsors over refreshments.

The event is being promoted by Licensing Executives Society in Scotland.
