About this event
Join me at the Wemuss Bay holiday park pool for one of my gorgeously soothing and relaxing, floating crystal bowl sound baths.
What is a sound bath? It is a form of meditation where you are bathed in sound, helping you to relax deeper than traditional meditation methods. All you have to do is turn up, lay down and relax.
THIS SOUND BATH IS IN A SWIMMING POOL SO WILL MAY GET WET! A lifeguard will be present throughout.
You should either wear a swimming costume or clothes you don't mind getting wet.You will only get wet when getting onto or off the mattress, you won't be submerged in the water. Single mattresses will be provided. You can bring your own blanket but remember it may get wet when getting onto your mattess
Please arrive at 7:45 sharp for a 8pm start. No entry will be permitted after 7:55pm

At Wemyss Bay Holiday Park, Wemyss Bay
Come to the main door where you will tell security you are here for the sound bath, then go straight ahead through the arcade and entertainment area. The pool is through the doors to the right of the stage, then enter the doors to the left
The pool backs onto the entertainment, which at times can be heard. Some attendees struggle to switch off. Others fall asleep. Everyone is different
Upon arrival everyone will change in the mixed changing rooms. I advise wearing your costume under your clothes for a quick change. I then give a quick safety briefing before helping everyone onto their mattresses. I do a gorgeous hypnotic guided visualisation prior to playing the bowls
Again everyone is different, some don’t feel the need as it’s warm. Others prefer to be covered
I would advise water for after the session
No. There is a life guard on hand at all times. There is also the shallow end to float in. I am 5’6 and on my tip toes my head is still out of water at the deep end
Yes, the pool backs onto the entertainment area. But my deeply hypnotic, guided visualisation at the start helps to relax you. The local seagulls aren’t our friends either lol
I wouldn’t advise it as chances are you will go for a swim
