Floating Sound Bath @ New Cumnock

Absolute bliss what could be more relaxing than floating hammocks in a heated outdoor swimming pool, with healing sounds all around you. Tibetan singing bowls, sonic energy chimes, crystal singing bowls, reiki drumming ..... pure indulgence.

The water has soothing qualities which when combined with the soothing, relaxing and healing from the sound bath creates something really special.

Contraindications

Sound baths may not be suitable for those that suffer from epilepsy, have a pacemaker, have tinnitus, under 12 weeks preganant.

What should I wear?

You can wear a swimsuit. Although the pool is heated your body temperature may drop a little when you are in a more relaxed state so you may feel cold, therefore you can wear a hat, rash vest or dry suit if you prefer.

Do I need to bring a float?

No, floating hammocks will be available for you to use, but these aren't compulsory, if you prefer you can bring your own flaoting device.

Do I need to be able to swim to attend?

Yes, attendees should be confident in water and be able to swim.

Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend?

Refunds are only permitted up to 7 days before event. No refunds will be given beyond this.

Is there an age limit for attending an event?

Yes, you must be over 16 years old to attend.
